What is the return period for my order?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are your responsibility. For exact rates, please consult your carrier’s website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us at info @Mozalu.nl . We will refund the order amount within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received in good condition.
